Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.
Who is responsible
Zappfin LLC (“we”) operates OneLine Studio at onelinestudio.us and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact support@onelinestudio.us with the subject line “Privacy”.
What we collect

Card details are never held by us. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the result.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser local storage for two purposes: keeping you signed in, and remembering interface preferences such as light or dark theme. These are necessary for the product to work and cannot be switched off while you are signed in.
Advertising
Pages on this site, including articles, may display advertising served by Google.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
We do not share your account details, project content or permit sets with advertisers. Advertising is served on public pages; it is not placed inside a customer's project data.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of processors, each for one stated purpose: Amazon Web Services (hosting, United States), Amazon Simple Email Service (transactional email), Stripe (payments) and Google (advertising on public pages). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@onelinestudio.us with the subject line “Privacy”. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your supervisory authority; if you are a California resident you have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete, and we do not sell your personal information.
Children
This is a professional tool. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use your data, tell account holders by email.
